A plan held too tightly becomes a prison. A plan held loosely becomes a foundation.
Plasticity makes preparation possible.

Mini-Curation
💭 Idea: Rigidity in healing often disguises itself as discipline. A plan that cannot bend to what life actually gives you may just be resistance wearing a different name. The goal is to build a foundation expansive enough to fall back on if or when the plan doesn’t hold; not rigid enough to break when it doesn’t.
📖 Read: If you missed where this month’s conversation began, the Field Notes piece on the economy of healing is where it opened. It’s worth five minutes.
📺 Watch: The video that started this entire series. Lamine Yamal’s principles of play, broken down. Watch it once with football in mind, then watch it again thinking about healing.
Closing Thought

I love those babes. I love you.
